Greetings, Luminous One!
Let's focus on our relationships with the Sacred Elements: Fire, Air, Earth and Water.
As I've found during my 4-Corners Intuitive Dowsing sessions, these relationships can be the most taken for granted and yet hugely influence our lives, from our physical health to our spiritual well-being.
For instance, someone with a weak relationship to Water can be dehydrated and/or somehow blocked emotionally and/or not flowing mentally or spiritually. You can see how impactful this might be on other relationships!
Once the measurements are brought to light, remedies come forth to help a return to balance with each element. The combination of those remedies and an awareness of how these living energies work with and through us makes all the difference.
I've been amazed over the years at how specific the readings of the Sacred Elements and their fixes can be. A couple of years ago, I gave a session to a lifetime New Yorker, who had recently moved to Colorado and was having a hard time anchoring into the community and finding new friends.
Like many city gals, she had a very low Earth relationship, so I gave her some remedies to try, including wearing earth colors and hiking in the hills. She promptly informed me that she never wore those colors and wouldn't be hiking anytime soon.
Three weeks later, she excitedly called to say that she had succumbed after all to wearing the suggested colors and had come to enjoy her time outside a lot. In fact, while hiking she had met some wonderful, like-minded friends, who had since introduced her to their extended network. She said she finally felt "at home."
None of this is surprising when we remember that we're vibrational beings, right? ;)
In recent readings, I've noticed a pattern that people are low in their relationship to Fire, which makes sense because in each case, there's been a lack of exposure to sunlight during the darker winter months. It's important to to bolster that "fire in the belly" during this season in order to avoid a depressive effect.
Exploring the Sacred Elements brings to the fore the truth that we are of our natural world, in every sense. I think this quote I found recently applies beautifully:
"You are composed of 84 minerals, 23 elements, and 8 gallons of water distributed between 38 billion cells. You’ve been built from scratch by the spare parts of the earth you’ve consumed, according to a set of instructions hidden in a double helix and small enough to be charged by a spermatozoid. You're recycled butterflies, plants, rocks, streams, firewood, wolfskins and shark teeth, dis-combined into their smallest parts and rebuilt into the most complex living being on our planet...
You are not living on the earth, you ARE the earth."
(The unknown author doesn't mention the stars, but they're in the mix as well.)
Love and infinite blessings,
-Hope
