Embracing Change and Navigating the Evolution Ahead

waves

There isn't much everyone can agree on but one thing we can say yes to is that we’re in for more massive changes.

I know. That's a big statement, not meant to be frightening. And if it turns out to be wrong, I’ll be the first one to say "YAY!" But, if big, evolutionary waves are on the horizon, I’d rather be prepared.

The Turning Point and Beyond

Now, who’s to say if the changes are for the good or not? I trust in the evolutionary process and take confidence in the consistent messages from our unseen guide teams. They say that though there may first be strife and chaos, there will eventually be beauty, balance, abundance, and all the things we’ve dreamed of for so long for our dear planet.

But in order for that to happen, lots of seemingly cemented ideologies and systems need to break down and go. As you can imagine, that could look super messy and confusing.

Embracing Change Globally and Personally

change

Whether we like it or not, change—both personally and globally—is afoot. So, let’s first accept that. The real question is: how are we going to deal with it?

This might be a good time to talk about Change Literacy.

Understanding Change Literacy

If you've never heard that term before, it's because my dear friend and collaborator, Gary Malkin, coined it to describe our "You, Awake: Mastering the Art of Change" workshops.

But what does it really mean? To be literate is to be knowledgeable or competent in a specific area. And although most of us have experienced significant change, especially in the last few years, few would describe themselves as "literate" in it—am I right?

That’s because most people don’t WANT to become literate in change. We’d much rather keep things in the "knowable" range, just as they are, thank you very much. (LOL)

Embracing Change and Its Challenges

After all, change is hard work, scary, tedious, and full of ambiguity. So why go to all that trouble? Why rock the boat?

Well, as you know, change is inevitable—you may as well try to hold back the tide! And it's in how we embrace change as a necessary motivator for polishing our souls that determines our literacy in it.

Polishing Our Souls Through Change

In the end, it's not about avoiding change but learning how to grow and thrive within it. By becoming literate in change, we can better navigate both the global and personal shifts that lie ahead, embracing each opportunity as it comes.

Let’s take this journey together, embracing change and learning how to use it to polish our souls and create the beautiful, balanced world we all dream of.
