Greetings, Luminous One!

Many of you have seen my interviews with my friend, Dr. Clint Rogers, for the last 2 Decembers (found HERE), and you know that in April I went to Nepal with him and a group of beautiful people.
This conference in Sedona was the first of its kind and the love was through the roof, led by Clint's unstoppable energy! Healing miracles occurred in front of our eyes and I think everyone walked away having had a big dose of what's possible when love leads the way.
I'm so grateful to have been there with Gary Malkin, whose exquisite musical talent heightened and enhanced every moment. There were a myriad of other teachers and musicians that also elevated our experience. It was simply awesome!

Message from Sedona
Whenever people gather, there's a possibility of triggers and friction, even in the midst of the most evolved and loving people. We're humans, with human needs and wounds, and when we show up in a safe environment with others, stuff comes up. It just does.
But what if we could be SO present at the moment that an issue arises that we move quickly to discernment about what's ours and not ours in the situation, glean the lesson (because there always is one), and follow it up with that deep Forgiveness of ourselves and others as exemplified in the practice that I gave you last week? What if we could walk with that level of Forgiveness accompanying us in our daily lives? Then we would accumulate no extra baggage because nothing would cling to us!
