Hello, Bright Being!
We're into our last week of Light exploration - I hope you've enjoyed the month so far.
Thanks to the daily solar practices that energetically set me up for an inspired day, I've been grateful to pay better attention to Light.
I've also learned a lot about the new Light from our weekly etheric visitors during our Monday meditations... it seems the Ahmmad has prepared us for a whole host of other brilliant souls who are now visiting to continue our education and upgrading.
Last week, a deep-voiced being gave us an experience of this new Light as a radiant bubble surrounding each of us - I didn't want to come out of that one!
Having already worked with Clarity, Transparency, and Brightness, the final quality of Light from the Andean perspective is Warmth.
Who doesn't crave the warmth of the Sun, especially when it's in short supply during the winter months? We need only observe the animal kingdom to know that there's something about a Sunbath that's nourishing, relaxing, and restorative.
But let's take it a step deeper than just feeling good on our skins...
When we accept and are open to the idea inherent within the Sun's Light is Wisdom and Love, we can use that Light for basking in warm, loving feelings towards ourselves.
Our dear friend Jorge Luis Delgado reminded us that the Heartmath Institute discovered that a full 90% of our internal dialogue is negative self-talk. Wow.
Instead of critical chatter, wouldn't it be great to absorb the opposite and reframe our inner monologues?
We all know that the more loving we are to ourselves, the more loving we tend to be towards others. Jorge's native word for this is Kuyay or Affectionate Love.
Remembering that language carries a vibration, we might be more apt to choose the warm words of Kuyay towards our world when we're conscious that those words help to keep our Light strong. The more Kuyay we hold in general, the more our Light builds.
And, in my humble opinion, the converse is also true; when we express cold words towards ourselves or anyone else, whether friend or foe, whether known to us personally or on the world stage, our Light diminishes to the degree of that expression.
It's a darn shame to realize that the Light we've worked so hard to expand can shrink oh-so-quickly if we're unconscious of our language!
But it doesn't stop there because of "As Above, So Below" - what we do to ourselves, we do to the collective because, as you know, we're all attached to one another.
It's a given that we all want to contribute to the positive outcome of the world that's unfolding, so by embracing the Warmth of the Light within, we can subsequentially extend that to those with whom we share the world.
On that note, I recently received a powerful blog post from David Spangler, whom I met briefly and greatly admired at the Findhorn Foundation about 46 years ago. His transmissions then were from LLT: Limitless Light and Truth, and the community abided by the doctrines that came from these complex but beautiful channelings.
In this recent post, David speaks of "subtle activism" through using a Light Bank, which I believe we've unknowingly contributed to multiple times during our Monday Meditations in the last year. Would it be far-fetched to think that any time we employ the infinity Wave, we're also choosing subtle activism, according to his definition?
I hope March's explorations into the many qualities of the Light have literally enlightened us in every way, especially during times that appear to be fraught with darkness. At every turn, we have choices to make - let us make the ones that lift us and the collective up.
“But if I've learned anything, it is that goodness prevails, not in the absence of reasons to despair, but in spite of them. The spiritual geniuses of the ages and of the everyday simply don't let despair have the last word, nor do they close their eyes to its pictures or deny the enormity of its facts. They wake up the next day, and move constantly, unrelentingly towards the light." -Krista Tippett
Love and infinite blessings,
-Hope
