I mean, just imagine if everyone could stay in a state of love and compassion no matter what was happening in their environment! This truly would become an awakened world.
Holding a state of love and compassion in the midst of chaos and suffering is what the Infinity Wave offers and is the very definition of our monthly theme of Presence.
I don’t imbibe the news anymore, but I’m still aware of the personal and global challenges swirling around us. Every story tugs at my empathic heart, as I’m sure it does yours, and threatens to drop my energy into sadness and despair.
But if I feel myself starting to slide, I quickly call upon the Wave so its comforting water can surround and calm me. I do this because I know I’m no good to anyone if I’m not serene, centered, and balanced.
And it is from this state of Presenced love and compassion that I can then contemplate the world’s ills once again.
I want to be clear that it’s not avoiding or ignoring what’s going on – it’s simply approaching it from the highest vibration to discern guidance for if/how to help, knowing that even the simple act of fully acknowledging and Presencing an issue with love and compassion is making an energetic contribution to oneself and the whole.
So, as we pull into the very special last few weeks of 2023, let us cultivate a compassionate Presence for our Earth and for ALL those who live upon Her.
